Changing or Resetting your Password

If you lost your password, once you reach the login page…

  1. Click “Lost Password”
  2. On the next screen, enter your username or email.
  3. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. (If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam mail folder.)
  4. Type in a new, unique, and complex password.
  5. Click “Reset Password”
  6. The next screen will show that your password has been updated – you’re done! Login to your IAPA account with your new password and view your account details under “My Account” found on the top right corner of the website.

If you want to change your password, once your are logged into your account…

  1. Go to “My Account” found on the top right corner of the website.
  2. In your profile screen, you will see a button saying “Change Password”
  3. The next screen will allow you to edit and update information on your account. Scroll down to Account Management and click “Change Password.”
  4. Type in a new, unique, and complex password.
  5. Click “Update Profile”
  6. You’re done!

 

How can I update the email address on my account?

Once your are logged into your account…

  1. Go to “My Account” found on the top right corner of the website.
  2. On your profile screen, you will see a button saying “Edit Profile”
  3. The next screen will allow you to edit and update information on your account. Scroll down to Contact Info and enter your new email address
  4. Click “Update Profile”
  5. You’re done!

 

How do I renew my IAPA membership?

If you want to renew the same membership level, once you are logged into your account…

  1. Go to “My Account” on the top right corner of the website.
  2. You should see a “Renew” button under the My Memberships sections.
  3. Enter your card information.
  4. Click ” Submit and Check Out”
  5. You are done!

If you want to change your membership level, once you are logged into your account…

  1. Navigate to the Membership tab on the main navigation.
  2. Click “Select” for the level you want.
  3. On the next screen, enter your card information.
  4. Click ” Submit and Check Out”
  5. You are done! You should see under “My Profile” that your membership has been changed to the new level you purchased.
